Ok first of all, are your electric bills also high?  Talk about a shocker (heh heh), last month was at nearly $200 USD!  It's not like I use all that much electricity to begin with, so what's going on here?

Anyways, Foodie buddy and I finally visited this new Chinese/Japanese buffet... wait, have I told this story already?  In case I did, I'll just make it short then, which is basically that it was very nice but very busy, but because it's so busy and it's still basically a buffet, well, we likely won't be back.  At least he won't... I might try again some day hahaha.

Divorce buddy asked me for a favor that he's never asked before: He asked if I could babysit his two young kids for 8 hours this coming Tuesday.  I said yes, because I know that if he's asking me, it means he's desperate and has no one else to turn to.

Plus, the only reason why he needs a babysitter is because that's his divorce court date.  They are fighting bitterly over child custody, and he can't afford to not show up.

I have to tell you, I haven't tried to take care of small children for literally decades, especially other people's kids, and if I am being candid, it's scaring me quite a bit.  I hope everything goes OK this coming doomsday er I mean Tuesday.

Last but not least, Camping buddy and I just finalized what hotel we will be staying at for this coming weekend's fishing trip.  The price isn't cheap for this fancy looking hotel, but that's where they (mostly his wife) wanted to stay, and as we all know, Happy Wife is Happy Life!  Even if I'm only a third wheel buddy here, I have to wingman this too haha.  Seriously though, I don't mind this at all either.

So yeah, this coming week is going to be busy busy for me, and truthfully all kind of outside my comfort zone... but in a good way.  I need to get out of the house more often anyways.
